Huzzah! Progress on my pre heresy alpha legion. I've got 30 tacticals and 5 terminators done. Half the tacs are waiting for bases. Last things thatll take me to 1850 are two mortis contemptors. Progress on the first one is cruising nicely.

Pre Heresy Alpha Legion Tactical Squads

Well, thanks to a snow day, the 2nd season of House of Cards, and a free Sunday, I've managed to get 30 tactical marines painted. Two squads of 15, lookin' for bases. I've included a photo of one of the squads pre-wash, and a couple pre-wash close ups of some of the freehand stuff on one of the Sgts. On to some bases!

The Pre Heresy Alpha Legion Project Continues!

Here's the next batch. I used a friend's airbrush to get all the turquoise down, as well as some of the silver. Goddamn, what a time saver. I gotta get me one o' dem.
